7.How do I pay?

Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

8.How do you start the order?

We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When the order finishes, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.

If we have enough inflatable boats in store for you order,you’d better pay 100% in advance, We will delivery the goods to you fast.


9.Shipping?

Can be delivery by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-30 days.

12. Q. What precautions should I take when operating my engine in freezing temperatures?

A. When using your outboard or having your outboard moored in freezing or near freezing temperature, keep the outboard tilted down at all times so the gear case is submerged. This prevents trapped water in gear case from freezing and causing possible damage to the water pump and/or other components.
If there is a chance of ice forming on the water, the outboard should be removed and drained completely of water. If ice should form at the water level inside the outboard drive shaft housing, it will block water flow to the engine causing possible damage.

13. Q. What precautions should I take when operating my engine in Salt Water or Polluted Water?

A. We recommend that you flush the internal water passages of your outboard with freshwater after each use in salt or polluted water. This will prevent a buildup of deposits from clogging the water passages.

14. Q: Where can they be displayed?

A: Display them on rooftops, cartops, parks, beaches and intercity terminals, in front of the show rooms and supermarkets. In one word, they can be displayed everywhere, just as you like.

15. Q: How can we install the inflatables?

A: It is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, Open the package of the inflatables and blower. Plug in the blower and inflate it.

16. Q: How resistant are the boat to abrasion?

A: Our kayaks are extremely abrasion resistant. Scuff marks on the bottom are normal and don’t harm the strength of the fabric. As with any inflatable, avoid dragging the boat.

17. Q: How do I clean the inflatable boats?

A: Just use soap and water. Do not use any kind of solvents.
